Member Programs

At the start of 2008 the Chapter’s Board of Directors established the Membership Development Committee. The purpose of the committee is to create a plan and process for membership involvement to maximize membership growth and loyalty by retaining existing members and welcoming new members each year.

The MD Committee developed two programs that were implemented for the first time between September 2008 and August 2009. The programs are designed to engage members in some friendly competition and recognition to ultimately reach the Chapter’s goals.

The “Member Participation Initiative” is a year long program that culminates with individual members being recognized as “Premier Members” and one member firm being awarded “Premier Firm”. Points are awarded based on sign-in sheets at each event.

The “Every Member Recruitment Program” provides monetary rewards to individuals that are instrumental in bringing new members to the Chapter. Click on each program to view program details.
